Tooradin

 

 TOORADIN -   30 minutes from Berwick

Fish from the foreshore jetty, and watch the pelicans, seagulls, ocean gulls cormorants, egrets, herons and more.  Dolphins often play at high tide in the inlet.

Visit the HISTORIC FISHERMAN'S COTTAGE and large display shed.

Try the Tourist Coastal Drive: Tooradin, Blind Blight, Warneet & Cannons Creek. 

Sautells Inlet - Foreshore on the south west side of the highway has playgrounds, bbqs, picnic grounds with abundant tables and seats. Toilets & showers with hot and cold water.
Boat Park  -  High and Low tide jetties, also pontoon jetty. Tall lookout to Western Port Bay.
Mangrove Jetty  -  Totems with information on protected tidal wetlands (wonderful for students)
North of the highway - Island picnic area reached by a picturesque walk bridge. Many fishing spots on the tidal inlet and creek. There is a large parking area and toilet facilities.
